You may be wondering what is the Hydro 4000. It was recently featured on an NBC local news channel. It is a device manufactured by a company out of Jupiter, FL called Green Machine Solutions, Inc. The device is basically a conversion kit that allows your car to use water to boost fuel economy. The report proves that it works and that it boosted the miles per gallon by 61% in a vehicle they tested it on. The problem I see is that the device is too expensive at $1200.
