Should A Sperm Donor Be Liable For Child Support?

This is a story I found on Digg. You can link to it (here). Tell us what you think. Should a sperm donor be liable for child support?

I say no, I feel like this. In most cases that sperm donor has given you and your spouse something mother nature could not give you two specifically, and thats the chance to create life. Technically that soul is a blessing to what you and your spouse have not been able to accomplish together. I truly feel like if you are single, that should be the last thing on you mind, having a child without the tender care of a father.
