A Very Sticky Situation

Situation:

A lady and her sister both live together with their children. One sister has a son that she recently legally adopted. The other sister has two daughters of her own. The daughters of one sister claims the son of the other sister is touching them sexually. At first, the two sisters sit the boy down and talks to him about it and everything seems ok. The daughters again complain about the same issue a few weeks later.

Here's what happens:

The sister with the daughters decides the boy has to go. The problem is that her sister and the boy have nowhere else to go. Also, both sisters are on the lease in the apartment they live and the they both need each other's income to maintain the household. Legally, she can't put her sister and the boy out so she decides to pressure her sister to send her son back to the agency from which she adopted him. Legally, the boy is now her responsibility and she is his legal guardian.

Question:

What should they do at this point? Should the sister with daughters move out to protect her children's future? Should the sister with the son move out? Should she give her son back to the agency? What other solutions are available for them? Post your comments or feedback.

Wow! I say the lady with the daughters should do everything in her power to protect her kids from this. This stuff ruins lives. I think they need to get the boy some counseling and try to rehabilitate him before sticking him back in the system. This is a very tough situation to call. I really don't know what I would do in this situation.
